I am a 6th year Economics PhD Student at the University of Pennsylvania working on Empirical Industrial Organization.
I am on the job market and will be available for interviews at the 2021 Meetings.
I study how market forces and regulation determine the set of goods available to consumers, and how that set of goods shapes pricing. In my work I leverage original data collected in partnership with regulators, NGOs and start-ups, economic modeling, and state-of-the-art structural econometrics methods.
In my job market paper, I study the effect of regulation on the diffusion of new mobile telecommunications technologies, leveraging new data on mobile technology availability in Brazil. You can find more research and other materials in the menus at the top of this page.
